I designed a series of “sceenshots” for a conceptual web application I called Copwatch 1.0. Conceptually this application would combine two data sets: Google Maps and Police Activity. As an officer would patrol, the GPS and computer in the vehicle would send out constant data about the officers whereabouts and activity. This data would be translated visually to what you see to the here. Lines show police movement and color coded hotspots show the particular incidents of the day. This project was purely conceptual and never built into a working model.
